Ted BaileyI just noticed my blog has taken on a new status: one of the websites that has been blocked by China! Wow! I'm honored in a way.

I guess this makes me a rebel in the fight for freedom of speech, though I wasn't consciously fighting...like in most wars...there are always victims.

It's possible that my celebrity status has set me apart from the other bloggers. Being a foreign DJ of a popular radio show and doing appearances on TV does set one aside a bit in China. Maybe the name triggered a response from the Chinese censors. Who knows the reason why it's blocked?

Let's see if the site remains blocked, or if anything else I write is blocked.

Here I am, trying to recover from the Chinese New Year fireworks and logging a new blog: the first one since I don't know when...years ago, I guess on this board.

I have since been living in Shanghai, where I have hosted a radio show called Live It Up Shanghai and a TV show segment Sound of Country.

A lot of things to say about China... few are positive.

Girls are sexy. Business are liars and cheaters on a small scale.
